City of Adelaide

 

  • Negotiated the new lease for City Tree Climb business in the Adelaide Parklands whilst employed at the Adelaide City Council. This has resulted in a thriving outdoor adventure tourism business.

  • Completed commercial leases for Victoria Park, Parklands, and Riverbank area, which included the capital upgrade of several Iconic Adelaide Park Lands buildings.

  • Negotiated the lease for a new Tennis Entertainment centre at Memorial Drive ($40m).

  • Involved in master planning for several Park Land areas, including Park 25 SACA building upgrade.

  • Delivered Council’s Park Lands Leasing and Licensing Policy & Guidelines.

 

 

 City of Onkaparinga

 

  • Managed and developed the Moana and Christies Beach Tourist Parks.

  • Completed Masterplan for Willunga Golf Course.

  • Completed Masterplan for Noarlunga Leisure Centre.

  • Completed $2.5m capital works programme for recreation infrastructure in the Council area.

  • Coastal Kiosks – Successfully managed conflicting stakeholder interests while negotiating long-term leases of two developments worth $2m over 21 years.
